1995 wurde das Café Exil als Beratungsstelle für Flüchtlinge und Migrant_innen gegründet. Die Eröffnung gegenüber der zentralen Ausländerbehörde war eine Reaktion auf die faktische Abschaffung des Asylgrundrechts zu Beginn der 1990er Jahre. 20 Jahre später sind wir stolz, uns trotz Problemen unsere politische und finanzielle Unabhängigkeit bewahrt zu haben. Grund zur Freude gibt es aber wenig. Zum 20. Jahrestag stellen wir fest, dass die Missstände der Gründungsjahre gerade eine üble Wiederkehr erleben. from 13th to 26th of October. During two weeks 18.000 police forces will
chase people without papers. They want to find out about our migration
routes and arrest as many of us as possible.
Please warn all people without papers! Encreased controls are expected
in trains, train stations, on airports, on highways and on
inner-european borders.
